Kettlebells are weights that look like a ball of iron with a handle – simple, yet incredibly effective at building strength, flexibility, stamina, agility, endurance & balance. They challenge both the muscular and the cardiovascular systems with dynamic, total-body movements. This means that you will get fitter, faster, stronger and burn more fat than ever before!

More and more people, including celebrities such as Jennifer Lopez & Matthew McConaughey, and professional athletes such as Lance Armstrong and BJ Penn, are realising that Kettlebell workouts are far superior to any other single method of training.
