Just endured my 17 mile commute in pouring rain on my newly serviced bike and it was a complete pleasure.  Great service to my bike and great shop. 

Much better than any of that mass chain bike shop rubbish.  Nice to talk with people who actually know what they are talking about.   Many thx

How Refreshing, a cycle shop that has genuine interest in their customers.  What's more, they make a mean cup of tea!  I recently ventured into the shop having got back into cycling after a lengthy lay off.  Have been riding (fitness only) on a Trek 7400 which is 12 years old.  Decided to take up on the 'Cycle to Work scheme' and bought myself a Fuji Cross Comp.  Fantastic bike, but I needed a bit of advice on setting the bike up for road work while the weather is good.  It would seem this is now a 'work in progress'.  Loads of good advice.  Done the tyres and the wheels.  Next step could be the gearing.  Where will it end?

I decided to do some surfing for my old cycling club, Glade CC, for whom I rode, badly, back in the 60s. I learnt that the Glade name had only been resurrected in recent years and that there were no on-line references to the former entity. I then decided to tap in some club names that I remembered from that era and came across Trevor's, assuming him to be the same TM that us schoolboys looked up to way back then.
Right, let's see if I can surf up some more names!
